Hello and welcome to Project Wedding!!

Have you checked Groupon or Living Social? They have some awesome travel deals, I bet you could book a fabulous all inclusive through either of them!

Another option is a cruise, typically you can get great deals through the company and you can also typically set up a payment schedule so it isn't a major cost all at once. I've never been to an all inclusive, so I am not a huge help on that front!

We also got married in July (2011) and wanted an inexpensive island HM. We ended up working with a travel agent who got us eight days at a gorgeous all-inclusive in Jamaica. Even with airfare it was only around $3k total. And we LOVED it!

There are photos in my bio if you want to check them out:

Cruises start at $599 in Most cases. You do not spend too much time in the cabin so it does not matter whether you have a small inside cabin vs a suite. BTW no matter the deck they treat you like royalty.

I LOVE cruises and We did Bermuda for 5people for less than 3k so that may be your best bet to get an all inclusive and travel. I lived in Massachusetts so I left out of Boston whic prevented me from having to pay for a flight too.

I know there are cruises out of all the major ports including New York North Carolina The Gulf Coast and there are a ton in California.

We ONLY Cruise Norweigan and We LOVE IT!!!

How cheap is your budget?  I originally wanted to do Bora Bora too but couldn't afford it.  Now we're looking into Fiji...cheaper than Bora Bora but still not inexpensive.  Our budget is about 5K for 2 people...all inclusive for 10 days.  If you want something cheaper than that though I would look for something in the Caribbean...either Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, etc.

Sanibel Island oozes romance. Honeymooners can spend their days "shelling" on the beach or bike riding . Since Sanibel stays under the radar, you'll find quality rooms or moderate prices.

Yasawa Islands is also one of the good ....
