I need your advice and knowledge upon this one. I wanted an engraving for the wedding ring.

I like amor manet... love remains. suddenly I got a word: there tomorrow.

I like the imagination of a lover saying to the beloved: I´ll be there tomorrow.

and then I discovered that the antiphons before christmas , seven names of the Lord, mean ero cras, when you reverse the starting letters, in that way counting the day backwards till christmas.

ero cras means I will be there tomorow, it refers to God and could be this way a double sense telling your beloved that you will be there tomorrow but more than that the God is coming and he is there and will be there.

the only thing that made me doubt was the fact that you have to read it reversed.... I only know that reversing the cross is s symbol of satan not God. so I wanted to know.... is the antiphons and the formual ero cras christian or my it have another ungodly meaning?

it seems it is a "clean" epression and only referred to God. but please, let me know what you know about it, before one writes that into a ring I mean:-)))

I know we had this on the main board, but I had never heard of it before.  From what I can tell, there's nothing wrong with it, and I think it's a beautiful expression to be engraved.

it is common in jewish and messianic jewish weddings for the wedding ring of the bride and groom to be engraved with a scripture verese from Song of Solomon
