I haven't been active on this board in some time but I just saw this and wanted to respond. I started working out at CKO in Brooklyn last year before my wedding - I signed up for a 3 month membership. Since then I've been
buying the 10-class cards and have been going sporadically since (I moved and don't live very close to the gym anymore).
In the three months that I trained there consistently (3 times a week) I saw good results - I lost about 15 lbs. But that was also combined with adjusting my eating and running 3 times a week so I'm sure it wasn't all from CKO but I
definitely felt a difference in my core and arms, which I wasn't working on other than at that gym.
