If you're having trouble keeping up with posting to your Group, consider making one of the active posters in your Group a Co-Owner.   Not only will you have help in the posting involved to grow your Group, but you'll have someone to bounce ideas off of, etc. -- and you'll always have someone to talk to!  :)
