Alright, I'm set on having Sunflowers EVERYWHERE for our ceremony and reception.  My FH brings me fresh sunflowers every fall, and, as a matter of fact, it's the only kind of flower he has ever brought home!

So our colors are earthtones: brown, ivory, and green.  My FH, for some strange reason, wants the BMs to wear green dresses... I think it's sweet that he actually has an opinion on the aesthetics; however, he is the kind of guy who wears a busy tie and a plaid shirt... I was thinking a dress more in the gray-violet area, I thought that might be nice with the yellow flowers.  

I'm up for any suggestions.  Let me know what you think.

If it is a dark green, I think it could work nicely with the sunflowers.  I think brown would also be pretty, since they tend to be a deeper golden yellow.

I was thinking brown myself, but my FI was thinking brown tuxes for the gents... I didn't know if that would be TOO brown...

As Genevieve the interior designer says....mother nature does not mess up color pairings. I think green would look great. It's naturally occuring with the petals of a sun flower.
