So, I've finally put together an inspiration board. (posted in my bio section under "my inspiration"). It's still a work in progress, but it'll do for now. Thanks for the suggestions for putting this together. It really was fun!!

I created one in powerpoint and then hit print screen and pasted it into a word document - does anyone know how to save the image from there as a jpeg?

I use Big Huge Labs Mosaic Maker (compatible with Flickr) to create inspiration boards. http://bighugelabs.com/ Here's mine:

You can now create inspiration boards right on PW.  Click on Tools > Inspiration Board

You can upload pictures to assemble your mosaic.
