Cuteboy2me: FI and I met with our priest

We met our preist last night to sign some paperwork and discuss various aspects of our wedding day.

The meeting went well.  I expected no different.  Our priest is such a fantastic down to earth man.   After the meeting he took us to the church to have a look around.  I walked in and, "WOW!!! I am getting married.  Here!  I am getting married here!"  That was the mantra floating through my mind.  I didn't tear up, which I have to say, I'm surprised by. That ailse seems awfully long to me though.  That is a long time with eyes on me.   

I'm feeling wedding day planning overwhelmed. You lovelies tell me all the time that I'm doing a good job and I'm making good progress, but I feel a jumble of "am I going to be able to pull this off" thoughts right now.

We are one step closer to our wedding day though, so I will take this day for what it is and get back to list making and getting stuff done. 

YOU are doing an excellent job, hun :) Always remember that every bride has her doubts at some point but everything is going to turn out GREAT!!! Plus you had a wonderful day with your priest and in no time at all you will be MARRIED!

You're doing great!! hang in there! I am glad the meeting went great! My church aisle was also long but once you walk it it's not that bad! it's a wonderful feeling :)

You are going to be just fine!! Everyone feels overwhelmed at some point.. or sometimes multiple points, so just try to push through and keep on working on the things on your list!! Hang in there :)

We have all felt like you feel and YOU ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB!! Holding down two jobs, wedding planning and doing DIY projects! So happy it went well with your priest and yes, you are getting closer to your special day! On the day of, you are going to float down the aisle! I know I did! I strutted down that bad boy like a regal peacock!!!
