just wanted to admit that i have finally succumbed to the madness that is being a bride =)

i've kept my cool all these months - but today, whiel having dinner with one of my bms, i totally CRIED!

dude - i had to give "my idea" up....   i couldnt find the right fabric to do it without looking tacky...  sigh ...  i bet dave tutera steals my idea and then everyone will be doing it by next year!   LOL!!!

I got the leaves the other day...so glad you helped me decide NOT to use them as favors...they just wouldn't have worked AT ALL!!

But they are going to look great on the escort cards...and I going to put them on the ceremony programs too. I'll get the paper for the programs Monday of next week. I just finished my seating chart....with the help of a half bottle of wine (excuse any typos...lol) :) Yay for that!!! So I'll be starting the escort cards tomorrow!

My votives were a complete bust though!! I guess I was really excited about the shape of them that I didn't really read the dimensions...they are fcking HUGE!!! They could hang from the ceiling not a centerpeice. Soooo I had to find something else last minute...Just got them in the mail today. They have the wire hanger thing on them...which I plan on removing and tying on the ribbon that I bought for the other votives. Frusterating!

I'm not happy that you've given up your idea!! I swear D1rty if I see it on some wedding planning show...you'd better be involved somehow or I'm going to write a heated letter about stealing ideas and passing them off as original!!!

Ok, totally agreed! I have been the least typical bride-like through this whole process. I've been easy-going and calm about getting things done. But today, with 3 weeks until my wedding, I had my final fitting and I freaked out. When my MOH was lacing my dress up and I was looking at myself in the mirror, I thought I was going to cease breathing! I felt like crying, but like I didn't have the energy to. I recovered after about 10 minutes and now I am calm again, but I have a feeling it may not be the last time. lol
