This David's Bridal has provided to me more BAD experiences than good. I absolutely LOVE my dress and the bridesmaids dresses, but have gone through hell to get to the end. First, I had to change my bridesmaid dress color 3 times
because the first two were discontinued, making a huge inconvenience for some of my bridesmaids. Second, the alterations lady is not friendly at all and didn't even offer suggestions to altering my dress....she wanted to charge me $250, and not
until I got to the register and talked with the manager, did I find out that if I wore a bra and got a skirt, I didn't need any of the alterations except for the bussel...so 50 for the bussel alteration and 50 for the skirt. Third, when all the
flower girl dresses were recalled, I was told by one of the crappy sales people, that I could still get the flower girl slippers...but low and behold, I went in the other day and the slippers were also sent back with the dresses....someone needs to
have communication at this damn place and inform their sales people. And lastly, my mother went in a week ago to get a dress for herself. She found a dress and the sales girl told her it was $80, so my mother had them hold it for a
day. When my mother went in the next day, the sales lady said she did not tell my mother it was 80 bucks, that it was another dress she was talking about...but the stupid sales lady could not find the dress she was talking about. Seems like
someone gave a customer the wrong info and was trying to cover her but.
I will be contacting the David's Bridal main office!! This David's Bridal in Harrisburg, PA needs to better inform their staff and actually communicate!!
