C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: Epidural - wanted to go natural but I was induced with Piticon so I decided on the epi at 4cmm

Water birth?: It wasn't offered at my hospital

Anyone else in the room during delivery?:  It was just DH, my dr and the OB nurse.  I loved having just DH in there!  It was very peaceful

Doula?: I don't think we'll have one.

C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: I'd like to think I'd be strong enough for natural but it'll probably end up epidural.

Water birth?: I dont know if my hospital offers this but it's not something I'm interested in.

Anyone else in the room during delivery?:  DH and my mom.  DH is pulling for his mom to be in there too because the possibilty of his sister having her own children is low and he'd like for his mom to see her first grandchild being born.  I'm torn, she stresses me out and she REALLY stresses him out so it's a subject that still needs discussed right now.

OB or Midwife?:  Definitely a midwife

Doula?: Probably won't have one

C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: Natural

Hospital, birthing center, or home birth?:  I'm between hospital and birthing center. After my first prenatal appt, we'll probably check out the birthing center place and find out the cost differences with my insurance. I like the comfort of being in the hospital in the rare case that something could go wrong, but I love the calm atmosphere of the birthing centers and the fact that they don't push drugs on you.

Water birth?: I'd definitely be interested in this if it was an option.

Anyone else in the room during delivery?: DH for sure, but I'm not sure about anyone else yet.

C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: If I get pitocin again, I will have an epidural, no questions asked... we'll go into it planning to go as long as I can without.

OB or Midwife?:  First go around had a widwife, I plan on starting with the midwives again, if things get to complicated then I'll switch to the doctor

C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: First go around was an emergency c-section, this time I would like to think I could do natural but im okay with epidural- I will actually be happy with any way it happens but i really want to give vaginal delivery a whirl

OB or Midwife?:  I gave birth in England so it is always a midwife unless you need any sort of intervention - so for me it was 2 midwives, 2 consultants and a spectator gallery!! If I'd charged for admission I could have made a fortune!! Lol

Doula?: No

C-section, Epidural or Naural Birth?: Just gas & air (until they had to give me a spinal just in case thy had to do a c-section with babe #2)

Water birth?: Nope - not a big fan of water - but my friend swears by it and had 2 amazingly smooth births

Anyone else in the room during delivery?:  Just FI.....and a lot of students/midwives/consultants etc etc - at one point I counted 2 people!!
