Did you pick out your E-Ring with FI/DH or did he choose?

We went to the jewelry store he buys all his jewelry from and he asked me what did I  like.Of course I picked the most expensive one in the showcase. But when I came back to reality I picked this one. But I should be getting another one soon.

I love the tradition as well. I told alex only I wanted a ring as unique and special as him. and that the ring had to speak to me. not an easy job eh? so, well, when he was ready ,e told me: can you help me chose the ring? what if the ring i chose speaks to me and to you it has nothing to say? giggle. we chose it together then

Before we were even talking about getting engaged, my sister dragged me into Tiffany's...lol. DH didn't even go in with us! lol. Right away I fell in love with a ring ($13,000....umm no) so I showed him a picture of it, and he remembered that and bought me a much more reasonable and still incredible ring!  Both of our rings e-ring/bands are from ShaneCo!

We picked my e-ring together, we always do everything togther.

DH & I picked out 5 I told him to pick the one he loved. He did NOT disappoint!

DH picked my Engagement ring out all by himself - he knew that I don't wanted a huge one becaue I'm not kind of girl who wears a lot of jewelery. He did a great job on my ring.

But we picked out our wedding bands together because we wanted matching ones, except my ring should had some diamonds :) (I'm a girl , sorry *lol*)

DH knew exactly what I wanted but he let me choose the stone and style of the band just incase he got it wrong!

We went ring shopping together.  He wanted me to get exactly what I wanted.  Although, it's nothing what I thought I wanted (I just knew I always wanted a pear-shaped stone and I ended up picking out a round.  LOL.), I love my ring.  Jim also told me I could upgrade my large stone, but I'm afraid if I do, it will take away from what I love most about the ring (the curves around the large diamond).  We also ordered the wedding band at the same time because of the curve on the ring, we wanted it to fit against it perfectly.
