I made my DIY brooch bracelet last night! it was SUPER easy and it came out great! heres some pics and Ill post brief instructions below (i followed Nidia's detailed instructions, hers were great!)

Ok, heres here's what I used:
8mm pearl beads
6mm pearl beads
8mm and 6mm roundelles
crimp beads
beading wire
wire cutters/crimper (looks like plyers, in beading section from craft store)
brooch (got mine from www.fabulousbrooch.com)
3-strand bracelet clasp
Instructions:
First I cut the pin off the back of the brooch with the wire cutters I bought, it actually came off very easily, i was surprised. It can be filed down if the edges are rough, mine wasnt too bad though.
Then I cut 6 strands of the beading wire, much longer than i would need to go around my wrist.
I started with the center strand on each side of the bracelet, slid a crimp bead onto the wire, put the wire through a space in the bracelet, then threaded the wire back through the crimp bead and pinched it shut. I repeated this with the
other 5 strands.
After all the strands were attached I put the beads and roundelles on. I had to mess around with the pattern a little bit because my wrist is kind of small. I started with 1 pearl, roundelle, 2 pearls, roundelle, 2 pearls on the
center strand but that ended up being too big, so I went with a pearl, roundelle, pearl, roundelle, pearl, roundelle, pearl pattern for the 2 center strands and a 2 pearls, roundelle, 2 pearls, roundelle, 2 pearls pattern for the 4 outside strands (8mm
pearls in the center, 6mm pearls on the outsides).
Then I was ready to attach the clasp. I did it the same way as I attached the strands to the brooch. I slid a crimp bead onto the end of the strand, looped it through the corresponding spot on the clasp, then thread the beading wire
back through the crimp bead and pinched it shut with the plyers/cutters. Then cut off any extra beading wire left and do the same thing to the other 5 strands and your done!
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or need help or something, I'm definitely not an expert but I'd love to try and help if you need it :-)
