I'm not an artist but thought I would try my hand at handpainting my BMs initials on wine glasses as part of their gift. Does anyone know what type of paint I should use? Any tips?

you could also do some etching- it's really easy. you just need a sticker stencil and some glass etching liquid from a craft store.

Michaels carries glass paint pens - they have photos on the product end cap that show wine glasses painted and this caught my eye so I am doing the same thing too.  I'm no where near being an artist but my plan is to type my bridesmaids names in a font I like on the computer, print it out small, tape it to the inside of the glass and trace over it with the paint pens.  You could do this with designs too!
