DIY Invitations

So I bought the cutest printable/custom wedding invitations ever.  The printer is fixing a digital file for me, but how do I put them together?  Do I stack them and tie?  Put in an inner envelope?  And then an outer?  Or can I skip the outer envelope?  I wish I could put a picture of the invitations on here, but I only have a preview pdf file.

I have the main invite, rsvp, guest info, reception info, and tags to tie with.  Ideas, ladies?

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!  I needed help with this very same dilemma.   I've found some awesome printable invites too, but wasn't sure how to put them together.  Also they're all so expensive.  Any ideas on where to find them cheap?  Or at least uber gorgeous so I feel like I got my money's worth??
