I have a crazy rather ambitious DIY list
Invitations ( pocket fold from scratch)
Monogram which is compleat
I'm making coffee filter peonies for the photo booth backdrop
All the flowers and center pieces
The backdrop for the head table
The ceiling canopies
A flower petal isle
Flower girl tutu dress ( so cute)
I feel like I'm missing some things but yea I'm a DIYer thru and thru haha I love your ideas

I am a glutton for punishment!

  • Engagement party invitations
  • Boxed wedding invitations
  • Pocketfold rehearsal dinner invitations
  • Brooch bouquet
  • Rosette Flower girl basket
  • Rosette Ring bearer pillow
  • Chair covers (I am really being bold for this one)
  • Manzanita centerpieces
  • Favors
  • Garter

I am on the fence if I want to do the BM bouquets or not.

I am sure I am missing something, not sure what.

Oh my goodness lol here we go:

Dummy Cakes: 1 med large (about 15” tall, and a few  small

Boho Headband/veil : making the chiffon flowers and fixing everything to a headband

"Magic" Potions: already have the bottles and food coloring, just need to add water when we at the location. Some will have LED lights under them to make them glow

"Pixie dust" (aka glitter in a bottle): have the bottle, just need to add the glitter

Fairy’s/ pixies: this is going to take the longest time, going to sculpt a few, trying for at least 5 or 6 polymer clay fairy’s/pixies...have to make the wings too

Invitation to fairy feast: I am creating the logo for this invitation, having a rubber stamp made of it, and embossing it onto a piece of either wood veneer (already have it) or birch bark (also have) and creating a poem/ announcement. A fairy will be handing this to us to get us into the fairy realm so she can trap us there forever

Tiny door to fairy realm with a photo of a garden or forest behind the open door...making it appear as if there is a small world behind it.

Glowing crystal in wooden box: I have a wooden cigar box that will have a satin pillow inside with a "magic crystal" aka crystal shaped paper weight with an LED light under it to make it glow.

Lets see, what else lol….I better get to work, 6 months to go!

Well, let's see...so much but I refused to sew even though I can...

  • the programs, with pocket confetti
  • the reception flowers, which will be from the ceremony (I always have things to double duty)
  • favors, which I am not sure what they are going to be yet
  • making large trees in mongrammed wooden boxes that I have designed to be ottomans later for our home-4 total, hung with tiny lanterns
  • picture displays on antique doors
  • hand written escort cards on moss in antique frames
  • desserts for the dessert table and all the serving pieces for them
  • find antique sheets for the haybales
  • hanging floral/lights decorations in and outside the gazebo where we are getting married-still have to come up with it....maybe a latern with a kissing ball below
  • no-sew runners for the tables

I know I am missing some more things...ugh!
