I used to run all the time and have gotten out of it (sadly) and shape =/ I would like to try and get back to it and was wondering if any of you lovelies would like to run a 5k with me I know lot's of them have team options to help raise extra money too =)

I would love to - I wish my schedule would allow me to train right now - I'm in the best shape I've been in a long time, but all my activity is slow, repetitive movements - I'm strong and fit, but I have no stamina right now......I think this a great idea though!

I think this is the most bazaar thing. I live close to Cheesman Park and people run all over the place! I have never been one to turn down a challenge - but just so you know my idea of running is to a SALE. ;)

the one I'm thinking of (link above) is alot of fun and usually comes to Denver in July and his held in Cherry Creek. They have a band and party after it really is a blast!!

I need time too!! I killed my self right after my twins and hurt my self in my first 5K which has cause a lit of pain and major weight gain =( so I think with enough time we can all train properlly and really support each other =D

me and my girls run there sometimes along with congress, city, and wash park! It would be fun to get a girls run weekly or bi-weekly???
