Before buying I've researched reviews on this company as it was all online. There were only 1 or 2 reviews which were published (one +ve and one -ve) so decided to take a risk.
Received my order from Eaststore after 3 weeks and
chasing UPS around.
I'm quite disappointed with the product. The dress cost $224 (silk and lace) and I paid an additional fee for bespoke measurements. The material was a cheap-looking shiny lace and definitely not silk. Buttons look bigger
and gaudier than on the website and the cap-sleeves weren't sewn in properly - it hangs differently from the picture in the website. It is definitely not bespoke and not sure why they charge the additional fee in the first place - I took my
measurements twice just to be sure but the dress came back 2 sizes bigger -looks like I'm wearing a gunny sack.
They respond quite quickly to mail regarding orders but obviously didn't respond to my paypal dispute. I'm raising a claim
with paypal - watch this space.
The dress is sewn and shipped from China - workmanship and quality not up to par. Would not like anyone to feel scammed from buying from this website, so am raising a DO NOT BUY from eaststore dot com
