*giggles* I'm with you Misshammy!

The tents are for the outdoor reception.  Our outdoor CEREMONY is taking place at a gorgeous stone ampitheatre/fountain and umbrellas are, I am happy to say, the ONLY backup up plan for that portion. :D

I def. have plans for a cute parasol/umbrella. ^_^

ps- My dad thought I was INSANE for wanting to get married outside...he was really confused...like, "why aren't you having it in a church?  Churches are nice!"  He was ok once I explained it would be a religious ceremony, just not inside a building hehe, but I think he still doesn't really understand why we want outside.

Ditto, Lillivati!!! :)

Our families think we're nuts that we aren't having a backup plan...  We said that we don't care if our guests view the wedding from the inside, or don't show up at all..  BUT, we know that the bride (muah, duh!) and the groom will be married outside with our officiant :)

I definitely hope it doesn't "pour".. But.. :)

If it rains we will just have it in the barn were we are having the reception.

We're getting married  at the cutest little chapel and if it rains I TOTALLY wouldn't mind if it rained because even the inside is so cute! We re

Just so everyone knows, the carpets are NOT pink, they are more brown, this is just a lower quality picture that makes it look pink.

Yes, our location has a backup but it's not great.

We'll be getting married right outside our reception hall so if it rains they'll just move it inside and people will sit at their tables. There are large windows all around the hall that give a view of the vineyard so I guess it wouldn't be too bad. The good thing about it is since the inside will already be setup I can wait up until right before the wedding to make the decision to move it inside.

Only planning to do ceremony and reception hour outside, as the banquet is at a restaurant. If it rains, we're moving inside to our living room :-X

We are getting married on a boat, which a good portion of it is inside, but the only place to really have a dance floor is outside, so no it is not going to rain!!  LOL, we live in WNY, so there is no way to know.
