You know the coupons you can have added on to your grocery store, the pharmacy stores, etc?

Do you use them?  I have just started and from what I have seen, you can use one e-coupon as well as a regular coupon for the same item and basically save double (or even triple if your grocery store uses double coupons). 

What are your thoughts on this type of couponing? Do you think it will last?

I have never used them before but I have always wondered about them. 

I have a few store cards that I have added coupons on to, but I am not 100% sure that the amount of the coupon has been deducted from our grocery bill.  I will have to keep my eye out for that the next trip.
