I would love a dog.  But, my lifestyle is really not conducive to it, I work long hours and then I go to the gym most nights - not really fair to keep a dog cooped up in the apartment for 12+ hours straight, even if I hired a dog walker. 

My best friend has a GREAT dog, so I dog vicariously through him.  :)

How about you?  Are you wanting more pets?

i would love to rescue TONS of animals from shelters, but my fiance doesn't think we should have more than 2 animals at a time.  (we have 3 now lol)

I want like 200 animals!!! LOL If I could I would live on a farm and have horses, pigs, ducks, sheep, cows, cats, dogs, peacocks, buffalo, chickens, etc. I would pay for it all by having crops (corn, wheat, mustard, etc), windmills for electricity, cows for milk and cheese, horses for riding, chickens for eggsm etc. I have it all planned out.... hahaha!! I don't know how feasible it is, but I want to do it so bad!!!

YES!!!  I seriously want a mini-horse.  FI said hell no, it does not matter how much land we live on :(  Whenever we get a house with some land, I am getting some big dogs!  I really want a blue pit and he wants a rodesian ridgeback.  I want a pit to prove to everyone that they can be sweet, as long as they are raised right

As much as I do want another dog, it's just not practical. He really is like our child, we take him everywheres so it wouldn't be feesible to do it with 2. Plus we will be starting a family in the next couple of years.

I would love another little lap dog...but FI says no go and my practical side has to agree. 3 dogs would be too much for us right now. Maybe some day

haha, luckysbride, you sound like me.  i want another lapdog soooo bad, but my DH, the sensical one, says NO.  :(

we both want mor epets but right now our lives aren't conducive to that. I"m sure once we buy our first home we'll add to our brood.

My home is SO FULL! We are done...my FI wants a boxer after our sweet Super passes away. That's fine--she'll be his dog.
