DRESS HELP! Who is this designer??

The tag attached and sewn inside says Terani, but when I googled the style number on the tag, nothing came up...hmm...the style number had been changed with a label maker too...more hmmm... but... I don't care, I want this dress!! I just want to know who the actual designer is because I want a smaller size and to know if I am going to be paying too much for it....

Has anyone seen this dress before? Might be a prom line...

I just went through the Terani site and they don't offer wedding dresses, but their evening gown and prom lines don't have anything similar to that. The site did make special notice that counterfeiting of their line happens a lot, so maybe that's what have there?
