So I went for my first fitting and I never realized how many inside layers my dress had.  The alteration lady had her heat on inside the house but it wasnt too unbearable when I first came in.  I put my dress on and as she was putting the pins in to mark the dress my legs and back started to get all sweaty.  I never realized how hot I'd get in my dress and it never occured to me that with having an ourdoor wedding in Oct it might be hot under my dress.  I was thinking of possibly asking her to take out some of the layers under the dress bc there are like 4 layers but wasnt sure bc it might ruin the way the dress flows.   Ahh there are so many considerations with having an outdoor wedding its getting to be a bit stressful.

Yes you are so right... the first dress I had weighed a ton with all the sequins... Im so glad I bought another one... this one is light and airy and I just know I made the right choice, after all, May in Florida is real hot too!

Wow!!!  I would think they would make me TOO cold!

I wouldn't think an outdoor SF October wedding would be too hot, would it?

Generally towards end of summer theres this thing called Indian Summer where it gets really hot.  I've been checking past weather history in Oct and its ranged from high 80s-low 70s but with all this weird global warming, who knows?!  Crossing my fingers mid 70s would be perfect.

haha I want those ice packs! I'm having an outdoor JULY wedding with a long gown. I know it's going to be hot, but I'm not stressing. Worse comes to worse, I'll just change.
