DRESS QUESTION:: ASOS??

...ever bought from the company called ASOS?  I read some reviews online about bad customer service and shipping horrors and so far...I'm really disheartened.  I found a gorgeous dress for our intimate (parents, siblings only, and our kids of course) and I would be crushed if it didn't come in time or if I had to return it. Here's the dress I reeaally want:

Haven't decided on which color as I'm fair skinned, naturally dark auburn with (natural mind you) blond highlights, and dark brown/almost black eyes. You guys can chime on that too! I wish I could dye the white dress a creamy color!

I know some girls here have purchased dresses from Asos. Maybe they can give you a different perspective!

I know there are a few girls who have ordered from Asos.  I love their stuff and always want to order things, but haven't had the opportunity to.  My only concern with them is that they're a UK company and I've heard their sizes are a little off from ours.  :)  HTH

I got my bachelorette party dress from there and I LOVED it.  But I didn't really have to return anything to them.  I've ordered a few things from them before though and they have some great stuff.  

BTW, if you're worried about UK sizing, there is a tab you can click in the top right corner of the site to convert to US sizing.  The sizes I received were pretty much spot on.  

I've purchased a hand full of things from ASOS.com. the sizing is a little off, they tend to run smaller than US size. I've returned stuff too without any problems!

I've purchased a lot of stuff from there and the sizing honestly depends. Sometimes I'll get a dress too small or just right but the returns are super easy. I haven't had a problem yet
