E-pics Monday and the curse has come :(

Wow Sarah. I thought I was the only one who gains like 10 lbs(seriously) in water. What helps me is dandelion. I tried Diurex and it gave me a headache. Dandelion is natural and has potassium so I think overall might be better(if you need to take it for more than a few days(like me)).

And like Pinky, I think I'm going to get mine right around our wedding day. Yay. Not. The stress of wedding planning has caused my period to move back like 6 days over the last few months. Crap!(sorry, did I say that out loud;-)

But I know what you mean about not feeling your most beyootiful when you've got all that water sloshing around. Hope the Diurex works. As for the Dandelion, I have to take like 5 or 6 capsules when I'm really bad. It does help.

I used to have HORRIBLE back ache cramps and a HEAVY HEAVY 7 days.  I started getting the Depo shot and am now in heaven.  I get 1-2 light days every three months and virtually no cramps.  I know it is too late for Monday, but I swear by it.  I am afraid to go back to the old way when we decide we want to start having kids.

Paddy I am going to get some of that and try it also! I just took some Diurex so I will see how it works. I had no idea any of this stuff existed.

--PS-- I just ate a quart of ice cream by myself in two days! Wow I am going to regret that ha.

Maybe you can get a chance to do something fun just before the shot (e.g. listen, dance to upbeat music and have a glass of wine or two. Mind over matter  Wear your jeans unbuttoned and wear your cute top over to hide this secret. No one will notice. I always unbutton my jeans after a big meal.

Let me know how you feel on the diurex!?!  I get killer backpain and cramps and bloatie feeling, bleh..Aunt Flo should be coming into town anyday now which sucks because I just started back in the gym going 90 minutes each day for 5x a week and now I know when I way in I aint gonna see nada because of good ol' aunt flo....:(  Good luck on the diurex!

I have not had any problems with the Diurex! I think it is working! I went to try on more outfits today and it was great! I did not feel like a cow. So yeah I am excited that I bought a cute outfit to wear. I will post the e-pics once I get them!

make sure you drink a lot of water with the diurex - if you don't, your pee may be a little green.  yes, that was too much information but i have to warn you ;)

It's to get rid of bloating - it really helps a lot.

I'm so glad I was able to "reschedule" my friend.  I was supposed to have PMS during the wedding but I shifted it up by 2 weeks.  Now I'll have PMS and be bloated for my b-pics.  Oh well.
