Last Thanksgiving was our first as a married couple and as home owners. We ambitiously decided to host the holiday with both of our families and had about 27 guests. I prepared my recipes and had a timeline for when to start cooking
certain things which helped tremendously but the one thing I was most nervous about was the turkey! I had never cooked a whole turkey before! I bought one at the local farm and luckily it came with instructions of how to clean the
insides out...ick! But I came across this recipe and it was super easy and the turkey came out perfect! I'm not a mayo fan and you couldn't taste it but it just added the right crispyness to the skin. I was hesitant because I had never
heard of rubbing a turkey with mayo but I'll definitely be using this recipe again this Thanksgiving.
