Eek 3 Months to Go!

Hi girls,

OK so my wedding is officially coming way too fast!! I've been meaning to drop about 10 pounds and tone up and so far haven't been able to find the motivation. As of now I am going to watch what I'm eating (nothing crazy, I believe in healthy weight loss) and jog 3 nights a week and do a pilates DVD on the other nights. Just looking for a little encouragment and wondering if any other June brides are embarking on a similar journey!

Oh and I bought a really sexy bikini from Victoria's Secret for our honeymoon, lookin' hot in that is my other source of motivation!

Hi junebride!

i'm not a june bride, but a may bride. however i sooo know where your at wanting to lose those 10 lbs before your big day. i believe in healthy weight loss too. so i've been watching what i eat, no fried food, no carbs after 7 (sometimes a little earlier), and for now, no more breaded baked fish or chicken. I've also been working out like crazy and just ordered turbojam (i'm a big time infomercial junkie), i bought it bc i've herad some good things on PW and it does look like fun, oh and i need to change up my routine.

you can do it!!! If i can manage to squeeze into my dress by may you can definitely lose those 10 pounds!!! I'm sure many of us are on the same boat, so don't feel like you are the only one =)

Yay! Thanks Jennid? I just got back from my first jog in a long time, feels good! I'd like to work up to 45 min jogs but for now I jog/walk, I think it's good to start small... Good luck, sounds like your on the right track with your diet, I'm sure you will be in that dress looking awesome come May!
