I haven't read much chick lit in the past few year.  Don't know why.

I decided to give one of Emily Griffin's book's a try (Love the One You're With), and I really liked her writing style!  Easy to read, personable, fun.  When reading reviews I noticed some people really enjoyed overanalyzing the book, but decided that was the last thing I cared about doing.  LOL

Have you read any of her books? 

I read "Something Borrowed" and "Something Blue" and "Baby Proof." I liked them well enough, although often times chick lit drives me nuts. Something Blue was annoying for the first half or so, because the girl is seriously delusional, but after the first half she seems to grow some brain cells and becomes a more sympathetic character. Baby Proof was interesting if you are/know anyone who is child-free.

I have read Something Borrowed and Something Blue. I agree I was super annoyed the first half of Something Blue but then it ended so good! I'm definitely gonna be reading more of her books. She actually has a new one coming out soon I believe.

I really enjoyed Something Borrowed and have actually read it twice, its a quick and easy read. Something borrowed was okay. Disliking Darcy in all of Something Borrowed and then trying to like her Something Blue was hard for me. 

Baby Proof was okay. I highly disliked Heart of the Matter since I felt like by the end of the book everyone was left hurting. I started Love the One Your With and quickly put it down. After the cheating in Heart of the Mater I couldn't handle reading about it again. 

I heard that a lot of her books have a story about cheating on someone ... makes you wonder how many times she has cheated on someone??

I have read Something Borrowed and Something Blue. Since I hated Darcy in Something Borrowed, I found the first half of Something Blue annoying....but I loved the ending!

I really liked Something Borrowed and have several of her other books to read when I get the chance!
