Enlisting HELP from my Chicagoland PW girls

Ok so My venue keeps worrying me about time and set up.  I really am trying to get away from "added" costs too!!

Is there anyone avil December 5th and would be willing to come help my friend/her daughter help with set up for my wedding! =)

I would totally come help your day if needed too!!!!

I might be able to but I'm leaving the week after for my wedding in Mexico so I will have to make sure I have everything done.

hmmmm.....Amtrak says that I could be in Chicago by 11:00AM and would have to depart Union Station by 6:00PM ......

From the looks of it.. I just need morning Man power.  I have 2 rooms to set up.

I will be so busy in the morning with my hair and pictures... that I won't be able to do anything. I also don't want my mom worrying about it.

I am thinking it would be for 2 hours or less, starting about 9 am??  All of  our things will be at the venue, In North Aurora but need helping being put in the right spot....

As for Now I have 2 gf's and 1 daughter to help out... And the venue cordinator.  There will be staff there too, but I didn't want to worry about her needing "extra" staff and adding charges.  I also can enlist my 2 gf's hubbys and another daughter if needed... We don't have to worry abour chair covers in either room... or larger things like that.  It's mainly putting out the "heavy" decor we have...

-Aisle Runner, Fake Rose Petals, Birch trees, Birch Arch... lol :), Head table decor, Cake table Decor, Fake White Poinsette plants, Unity Candle display....

-Centerpices, Favors, Gift table, escort cards, "Broken looked" candles by bars, Match books...

That's all I can think of for now.

My mom has plans made out for where everything needs to go.
