Extreme hair cut!

Okay I admit, I wasn't thinking about the wedding. I went in for a cut a couple days ago and while we are stuck in the middle of nowhere, I have another military wife do my hair. She is from Chicago where she used to work before marrying so its my only way to get a decent hair cut around here. Anyhow we were chatting and I said, "Laurie, I'm giving you the reins, do whatever you want just make it look good." It looks great but I wasn't thinking about wedding hair. Its a little short for wedding hair! Oops. Maybe it will grow back within the next several months, haha. Instead of real pics, these are from InStyle, but you get the idea...

Where I'm thinking it will be by the wedding

Champagne, I think your hair will look fabulous shoulder-length or just below. You wanted to have it down, right? Or half up, half down? This length would work nicely for a sophisticated style. But I guess the dress would also help define the style. Have you found a dress yet? I was looking through Augusta Jones' dresses online and I thought of you when I saw this one - and I liked the hair too!

Aww.. love short hair. I only get a haircut once a year..and when I go I chopped it all off. So, I can't wait after the wedding. I normally keep my hair length between my ear and chin...so GOOD FOR YOU!!!

LOL! Good for you for being brave! I have long side-swept bangs, and I'm thinking of getting short straight bangs right after the wedding, but I definitely don't have the guts to do it before the wedding. Are you planning to wear your hair down (a la the Rachel Bilson photo)?

Champ~ I love the short haircut. Just as a thought, if you really want longer hair for the big day, you could always have extentions put in.

After much freaking out I've been looking at ways to style this cut should my hair fail to grow out (ceejaydee this is for you too)

okay, so that's all I came up with so far ;) I'm still working on it - mind you there is no way my bangs would stay perfect all night, just no way.

It looks fantastic... I was growing my hair out for the wedding,. It was a little past my shoulder but I couldn't take it anymore and chopped it off. I love it now lol
