"Showboat"  if you love musicals especially old musicals ...you have to watch this ...I love this story - I used to watch old movies with my Grandma when she babysat me and Ive always loved this one -  It's the movie the song 'Old Man River"  originated from and Ava Gardner is in it -  LOVE Ava Gardner  ;)  Im a dork

Does Willy Wonka (the original) count?  I love that movie.  I only thought of it, because lately I feel like Violet when she blows up into a balloon.  That's what I feel like:  a big, overinflated balloon.

I <3 musicals!!! I love all movies that have Gene Kelly *sigh* but I think my favorite is Singin' In the Rain.
