Hello all, this is my first time posting on this board. I am kind of new to all of this in general. Anywho....the DH and I bought a house in Feb 2011. It wasn't really a fixer upper it is nice....more of an updater. Just wanted to let all know
that we are doing the fix ups ourselves with the help of my handy grandfather. So far we have put up a privacy fence (fron scratch, not sections), had our basement water proofed, and we have refinished real hardwood as well as laid down laminant. We
are getting ready to do windows and HVAC! If anyone has any questions let me know I'd be more than happy to help as well as any tips for us fixing up/updating!
