...and also First day of Escrow!!!

Hi ladies!  My name is Marlissa and DH and I are finally in escrow.

It's been stressful.  We saw a ton of places and finally fell in love with THE one.  The sellers (aka flippers) gave us such a hard time during negotiations but our wonderful agent worked it out.  Now on to a fun 45 days.

It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1463 square ft house.  I love it.
