Other supplments:

For prevention of miscarriage these supplements  can be taken by the dw.

Vitamin E-400 iui - this strengthens the outer shell of the egg and helps with implantation -

Warning  - Vitamin E can increase EWCM production for some people.

Folic acid- 800-1000mcg this strengthens the inners part of the egg-->-->

Vitamin B12-150mcg makes folic acid work better (b6 also lengths luteal phase, if you take b6 and get a bfp don't stop suddenly, rather decrease it slowly)-->-->

Zinc -50mg-  this repairs any of the egg that may have been damaged and also helps with implantation.  Often I will get confused and say dw can not take zinc.  If I post this; it is wrong.. Only dh taking zinc favors boys.-->-->

Baby aspirin- 81mg- one a day. This helps with implantation and helps to maintain a pregnancy.  It thins the blood

Good to know. These are all in my daily prenatals. I just haven't tried the baby aspirin yet - I heard it could work against you if you already have a thick uterus lining. How do you know if you have a thick or thin lining?

Well I had a MC so I'm just trying to prevent it with next BFP.... I stop taking it when AF arrives. Then start back during my fertile stage...

@athena85 - I would guess that your doctor would probably diagnose a thin lining by ultrasound and doing measurements at a particular stage in your cycle, but I don't know for sure =)

Well , it's Kinna hard to tell if your lining is thin, I think the only way to tell is if you keep having MC and then they assume that you have thin uterus... I'm not gone wait that long..but I doubt if mines is thick....lol....so my BA praying it helps

@june - you may want to call your OB and see what his/her opinion is on taking the baby aspirin.  If you already have a thick lining, baby aspirin can interfere with implantation so you can be doing yourself a disservice by just taking it.  I mean, you got pregnant before without it.  And Claire is right that they can check how thick the lining is with u/s.  Your m/c could have been caused by chromosomal disorder (which is the most common reason for early m/c) or low progesterone (which was likely my problem - mine was 2 when it should be >10) or a host of other reasons.

Don't assume the aspirin will fix your problem (if you even have one) when it could actually make it worse. The only month that I had a little bit of a thin lining was the month I was on femara, and the dr. said that it was likely b/c I O'd 4 days sooner than I usually do, which means my lining had less time to thicken up.  For that month only, I was put on estrace for 5 days to help thicken things and the nurse said I could try baby aspirin too but the dr. said he doesn't like for people to use it absent a blood clotting problem.  They said they thought I would not get PG at all if the lining was not thick enough, not that I'd risk m/c.  I had to be on progesterone though from 2DPO through 11wks when the placenta took over.  When we are ready to TTC#2 I will be asking them to give me progesterone then too since I clearly needed it.
