I used to like Prescriptives, but now that brand has been discontinued so I'm on the hunt  for something else "natural-looking."  

For me, i'm currently using Mary Kay, but I also LOVE MAC

I love Mac. Clinque does well and it's really light and airy...

But Sephora has this airbrush make that is TO DIE FOR!

Clinique Perfectly Real is probably my fave though. They have great shades of WOC.

MAC is a good line, but I feel like they are missing a few colors between NC/NW 45 and NC/NW 50.

Makeup Forever is another good one. MUFE has a great span of colors.

Too bad Prescriptives (custom blending) is out of business.

For everyday use, I use Milan Minerals, a mineral makeup line for WOC. But nights out, I use Cover Girl Queen Collection.

Wish I could use MAC, but it makes me break out because I have oily skin.

MAC is  one of my favorite make -up brand. MAC specialize in many skin tones colors for all woman color tones. So look into that line.
