Is it possible to freeze raw bell peppers? I'm thinking of dicing them, then tossing them in a freezer bag to freeze. Thoughts?
I'm trying to see if it's true that with good meal planning and less trips to the grocery store money can be saved. I know I won't use the peppers for about a week. I won't eat the peppers raw - they'd be cooked for breakfast
burritos and fajitas.
