Sorry ladies, not creative in my title right now. All I can think of is the BEACH!! woohoo! My spring break has finally started and my wonderful FI is taking me to the beach for our first "mini moon" in lieu of our honeymoon. hehe. Sad, but it works! It's a gorgeous day and although I won't get a workout in, i'm sure I will stay active! :) 

Under 175 when I weighed myself this morning! woohoo! Gotta remember that even while I am on vacay this week, my goals are not! :) Tomorrow instead of my long run(16mi) I am going to do an hour run on the beach. never done that before, wish me luck! And definitely drinking a lot of water. 

Today I had cereal for breakfast (was planning on an egg, but was STARVING from not eating much at the menu planning session last night. didnt want to go overboard on the buffet.haha) and for lunch we celebrated one of my teachers on my team's birthday. We had olive garden, I shared a salad w/o croutons or parm and I did have a small piece of the brownie and cream cheese frosting. yum! feel bad but it was ohh so good. worth the 6 pts!(I guess?)

Hurray for the beach! Enjoy your weekend, brittabee!

Doing good! Today's a rest day from exercise (phew!) Had hot flax/peanut butter cereal with bananas for breakfast and leftovers for lunch. Going to visit FI this weekend, I'm guessing we'll have sushi for dinner, yum yum!

ahhhh the beach sounds so nice right now!

i had planned to go to the gym today, but plans got a bit derailed... plus i am totally feeling spring fever and would rather go outside and play than be inside the gym for two hours of this beautiful day! will try to do a jillian's video tonight to make up for it.

had an egg, whole wheat english muffin and Vfusion for breakfast today, berry banana smoothie + protein for lunch and i think we're making baked catfish poboys for dinner! (unless we decide to go out instead :) )

The beach...nice!!  It is in the 20s & snowing here in Colorado!!

 

Cannot decide if I should go to the gym tonight.  Definitely don't feel like it but I have only gone 3 times this week, and probably won't be able to go this weekend!

@ Britta Have fun at the beach lady i know you and the FI will have a great time. i think i may be going to the coast next weekend but that all depends.

I am so with Britta on not eating the best today for lunch :P Breakfast i had the usual oatmeal, (5.5 points) Lunch i had a grille ham and cheese sandwhich. I was grilled on a panini gril so it wasn't covered in butter and i took over half the ham off of the sandwhich to decrease the calories in the sandwhich i also had a cookie and some carrots. It was super delicious and i am super happy i turned down the chips. i think the meal turned out be 18 pts. Dinner i am not sure what i am going to have possible a garden burger and some spinich.

My work out is going to consist of a run when i get off work then i am going to hop on the EA active to burn some extra calories. I am however super excited i get to do turbo twice this week. Even though my favorite instructor isn't going to be teaching her usual class on sunday i am super stoked to take the class it has been to long since i have gone.

I wish I could be at the beach!

But since it was kind of nice out today I did go out for a run. I was very proud of myself because I ran 3 miles instead of my usual 1.5! I also did really good with my meals today! Breakfast was greek yogurt, strawberries, and and low fat granola, tuna and salad for lunch, and chicken breast, rice and veggies for dinner. I'm so proud of myself for avoiding candy today. Usually I just can't resist the candy dish at work.
