My co-worker's Daughter is going to be moving to Loveland.  She is looking for a place to rent and I wanted to see if there was any area's you girls would recommend or not recommend?

Anyone know much about the Eagle Ridge in Loveland for renting?

Yeah, I would go look at All Properties Services which is based out of Fort Collins, Colorado which is the next town over. She is going to love Loveland there is a ton of cheap places to rent. 

Rent.com is also very good but make sure to look at the income restrictions (a lot are under 20k or less) 

Renting starts at 400 and can go to 800ish.
