I have celiacs disease aka I can't eat wheat which REALLY stinks because I have the worst sweet tooth ever and used to LOVE eating cake. Although I have been fortunate and have found many gluten free cakes that taste pretty close to the real thing, I'm nervous about my wedding cake. Do I have one tier of just gluten free cake? Do I not eat cake at all? What should I do?

I would do one tier of gluten free.  It's your wedding, you should eat cake.
