Good vacation deals??

I need your wonderful advice and resources!! DH and I didn't get to go on a full HM, just a small mini-moon for 3 nights on Sanibel. We're halfway to the 1-year anniversary and I'm trying to come up with a brilliant and affordable trip to go on for it. I'm thinking Ireland/Scotland, a cruise or Hawaii! Our anniversary will be in February, so I'm wondering what the cheapest places are to travel to during that time of year.

Do you know of any good & legit websites to get good travel deals?

We booked our HM through Costco. We are going on a 7 night Mexican Riviera cruise and paid just over $1000 for both of us. It leaves from CA, so that may not be such a great deal for you in FL. I priced it out through Royal Caribbean and then called Costco to compare.
