Good Vegetarian Restaurant to take BM

I am taking my BM out to lunch/dinner (not sure yet), to hang out and get ourselves up to date on what we have done and what we still need to accomplish before the wedding. I'm just wondering if any one know of a restaurant that serves good vegetarian food (2 are vegetarian, and 2 aren't). I am done in the O.C.

So what dishes (entree) would you all recommend in those restaurants?

Bodhi tree is super yummy!! It's like chinese food / Thai food but with soy. You get the same basic flavors. Any particular sauce you like (or veggies) you can pick that entree. You can also pick a few and share!

There is a Gypsy Den in Santa Ana and Costa Mesa (casual bohemian type of place)
