Pretty much it helps keep track of all your exercise, food, etc. You can also join challenges and groups to help motivate you.
If you have an Adroid, there is a matching app for your phone (free). The COOLEST part IMO is that you can scan the barcode of the product you're eating, and it pops right into your food diary.
I've really enjoyed it, and have lost 8 lbs. so far!
