Are you putting together some "optional" group activities or a schedule for your guests?  Since people will be on vacation, I definitely don't want to set any mandatory events outside of the wedding itself, but I want to make sure people have an opportunity to meet up with other guests if they want to.  I figure a wedding weekend itinerary would be a great way to accomplish this...

I was thinking of creating something like this and adding it to our wedding website and also including it in the Welcome Bags.

I'd love to see any other examples you ladies might have!

We did. 

Most of our guests arrived between Wednesday and Friday.  When they checked in, they were given their OOT bag.  In it, was a card that we included information on and the option of joining the group for activities on Saturday (wedding was Sunday).  We put the information on the website, and then in the card.  People told us which activity they wanted and we gave them the applicable tickets.  It worked great and people loved it!

Mine was honestly a card for Vista Print that was free!

We did optional group activities and our guests loved them! They came back to the States swearing best wedding they ever went to! I prepared an itinernary card that was place in the OOT bags and each morning, the resort coordinator gave an update of the day activities.

We will do optional group activities but some people are arriving the day before the wedding and leaving the day after. So is actually mostly our family the one taking vacation. We will include information in our wedding website and OOT but I don't expect anyone but our family to go with it.
