I am very aggravated!  I eat healthy all the time and work out about 2-3 times a week, have been doing both of these things for years.  But, I still have cellulite on the front, back and sides of my thighs!!!  I also only weigh 105.  I know I shouldn't be complaining but I work really hard to exercise regularly and eat healthy.  Any advice you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated!

This is what I normally eat:

Breakfast:

I usually eat a protein bar or Kashi oatmeal with half lowfat soymilk and half non fat milk cafe con leche with splenda.

Lunch:

Spinach salad with tomato, and olive oil and red wine vinegar, a low fat fiber one yogurt, a fruit and reduced fat cheese its or baby carrots

Snack:

nuts, a fruit or vegetable

Dinner:

A meat, vegtable and starch

I do 30 min on treadmill or eliptical and about 40 minutes of weights 2-3 times a week.

What else should I be doing??!!  I think I've plateaued and my body is just used to my diet and exercise.

maybe you could try intensifying your weight training so that you build a bit more muscle. you can also try kicking up your cardio by doing intervals (2 minutes at very high resistance, 2 minutes at a low resistance to recover... then repeat several times). or add something different to your routine like yoga, pilates or a dance class. keep your muscles guessing!

fyi, i found this article to be very informative:

an excerpt:

Do You Have to be Over-Fat to Have Cellulite?
Since cellulite is largely due to a structural conformation below the skin, it is often common in very slender women. However, individuals who are over-fat will frequently have a more pronounced cellulite development, while those with less fat and more muscular definition tend to have less visible cellulite.

Why do women who lose allot of weight still have cellulite?
The underlying fat-cell chambers do not change with a loss of weight. For optimal skin adaptation to weight loss, it is advisable for weight loss to be progressive and not extreme (such as repeatedly seen with fad diets). Also, skin elasticity is best up to the age of 35 to 40 years. Collagen and elastic fibers can retract best to lesser volumes (from fat loss) before this chronological age.

and here's another one:

Ahhhh yes.  The infamous "Cellulite".  Unfortunately, he and I have been friends for a long time.  Its been a one-sided friendship.

I have always been on the lookout for the definitive answer to that question: how to rid yourself of cellulite.  Basically, I talked to my trainer a couple of weeks ago and its a two step process. First, the fat cells that are sitting on top of your muscle (cellulite) are lighter than the muscle below which is why they sort of float.  So you first, need to burn that fat (i.e. cardio) in order to thin those fat cells out so they aren't as visible.  Then, in order to redistribute the fat, you need to build more muscle mass -- not saying you have to bulk up, but toning (resistance training) is a good place to start.  I have really large legs (and hence, a lot of CELL) but as I've been lifting weights and doing a lot of cardio (spinning) I am really starting to se a difference although I've still got a long way to go.

Just one thing, i've also heard that ceffeinated drinks such as coffee or even pop also creates more celulite, so judging from your diet perhaps skip the coffe?

on the other hand, applying coffee to the problem areas supports circulation and tightens the skin...weird i know! i hope that helps.
