Sunday: ate 1350, BMR 1800, burned about 150, net intake: -600
Monday: ate 1600, BMR 1800, burned about 250, net intake: -450
Tuesday: ate 1650, BMR 1800, burned about 600 calories (45 min jog/walk plus 20 min jillian 30 day shred), net intake: -750
Wednesday: ate 1200, BMR 1800, burned about 150 calories, net intake: - 750
Thursday: ate 1500, BMR 1800, burned about 250, net intake: - 550
Friday: ate 1350, BMR 1800, burned about 350 (jillian no more trouble zones, 45 mins), net intake: -800
Weekly calorie deficit = -3900 calories!!! (there's my pound :) )
For my workouts:
Monday: 30 mins jog/walk on treadmill
Tues: 45 mins run/walk on treadmill, plus 20 min 30-day-shred video
Wed: 30 mins jog/walk on treadmill, leg machine weights
Thurs: 25 mins on elliptical (it was supposed to be 45 run/walk but I didn't get the treadmill...)
Friday: 45 NMTZ jillian video
Today: I think i'll do my Thurs workout today :) 45 run/walk plus 20 min video
