Yay!!! I lost 1 more pound, and a few inches! Here's the stats:

Here's my daily breakdown:
Monday: ate 1600 calories, BMR 1800, burned about 350, net intake: -550
Tuesday: ate 1800 calories, BMR 1800, burned about 600, net intake: -600
Wednesday: ate 1250 calories, BMR 1800, burned about 300, net intake: -850
Thursday: ate 1600 calories, BMR 1800, burned about 500, net intake: -700
Friday: ate 1250 calories, BMR 1800, burned about 250, net intake: -800
Saturday: ate 1600 calories, BMR 1800, burned 0, net intake: -200
Sooo, for the week, that's a net deficit of -3700, or 1 pound of fat :D
My workouts were about the same as last week... Mon/Wed/Fri are "easy" days: 30 mins cardio plus a bit of weight lifting; Tues/Thurs are hard days: 45 cardio plus 20 weights/jillian michaels 30-day-shred.
I can run for 10 min non stop now.. it's hard to do, but doable :) I couldn't do that before!!
I have 3 more weeks in my current level of training, and then I get to step it up and increase my time and speed for running!! :D :D
I drank 64 oz water 3 days this week; my goal was every day, so i was a bit short on that. We ate pretty clean, lots of brown rice, chicken, ground turkey, salads, veggies, etc. :D :D
I goal of 165 by Christmas doesn't look doable at this point; i've been losing 1 pound per week; there's 5.5 weeks til xmas; i'll probably be in the 175 range or so; which I'm happy about! I'm creating a habit of healthy-ness :)
