Hair Ideas for Hot and Humid Destination Weddings

Hi! I am getting married August 2013 in Punta Cana and I am looking for a nice updo for myself. I myself do not like flat hair, so I really want something with some body, and not tight. I really like braids, I think those updos that incorporate braids are so beautiful. Any help will be much appreciated!

I reckon you can get away with anything within your inspiration ideas, because humidity will attack curls more than anything else. So really go for it and collect inspiration photos so you can get the most out of your hair trial.

Braided updos with lots of volume, I find, are absolutely stunning! You can definitely get lots of volume and height using the right products and it shouldn't fall flat if you set with the right stuff (hairdresser will be able to advise you on this depending on your hair type, no doubt).

One other thing to consider about the beach is that any loose, little wispy pieces of hair WILL get caught in the wind and it'll turn into a disaster! 

If you go on my bio I have a bunch of inspiration photos since I am getting married on the beach as well. You want to have your hair pulled back as MUCH as possible!
