Hair & Makeup by Carrie L'Esperance in Northern California?

Has anybody used or heard of anyone using Carrie L'Esperance for hair & makeup? She was recommended by my venue but she's not listed here as a vendor and search results didn't turn up much. If anyone knows anything about her, I'd love to hear!
