I am wondering if anyone has chatted, not online, with an employee of Dressilyme. The reason I ask is that I emailed them to ask them if they subcontract any of their work out and I also ask for their address in Chinese. I never got a response from them. I emailed them again and still no response.

I never even looked to see if they had a phone number.  I wouldn't bother though since the language barrier would probably be difficult.

Not sure what you are trying to figure out by asking for their address in chinese?  What are you trying to determine?

coolwaves - as they're on New Year vacation, I doubt anyone is manning the phones. If they do check their emails, I think it'll be less frequently than usual business days.

My coworker is going to be in Shenzhen China and she may drop in the factory to take a look. I wanted the address in Chinese so she could show the taxi driver.

I spoke to them over the phone many times. You have to call on China time so maybe thats not 100% convenient for some people.

I had no problems with communication and the customer service representatives all helped me quickly.
