We have the ring pretty much finalized! I have a lot of other ideas bouncing around in my head about details of the wedding, but nothing has been decided yet.

i know i want a vintage feel engagement ring with a grey diamond...yes a grey diamond! i like the idea of having something different, and i LOVE the color grey!!! so he knows that, but he gets total creative control... i'm not going shopping with him, i want him to pick/design whatever he wants for me :)

So i have already been thinking of ways to trim that budget...we don't have very much in savings and i want to buy a house in the near future....so i think we can pull of a classy chic wedding on a dime. plus, we have a small guest list...we've already written so it would be 100 people MAX.

with that said, and things always change...but this is what i want now

I am in LOVE with these Amsale Dresses...i love the "barely there straps" and low back dresses but i bet it's out of the budget...

and here is our ring bearer...and hopefully not ring eater!

And my last name is Boylan...so i definitely want these :)

ohh also we have set a date, kinda....we started dating on May 29th 2002 and would love to get married on the same day :)

so...in 2010 May 29th falls on a Sat (but i doubt we'll be engaged soon enough to pull that off!)

and in 2011 it falls on a Sunday...so i bet we could do a sunday afternoon wedding :)

We have decided on the ring! Which I found out yesterday FFI has started putting money on! :)

And we have also decided that our miniature dachshund Oscar will be the ring-bearer. We discussed ideas last night for Oscar's tux and how to attach the rings :)

So cute!  I love these ideas, especially the grey diamond, the custom sodas and the furry ringbearers!

I have reception, church, minister, and I have picked out my dress:) The reception site would have been taken if I hadn't reserved it when I did and my FFI understood that and was fine with it:)

I've purchased my gown already and made a lot of decisions. We kind of picked a date this week too! September 2010. So that gives him more time to get me the ring. =)
