=) I know the clock is ticking so I sent out a google doc for everyone in the wedding party.  Keep in mind we haven't asked them to do anything at all up to this point. It was a sign in sheet and almost every request can be filled! I tried to find things that were relatively easy. Here're the things I requested help with...

Arrange decoration of wedding car

Create setlist for reception / Get sound equip.

Help pick up rental car

Chauffeur couple on wedding day

Find/Purchase/return leftover wine

No, I didnt do this or even think about, good idea, it would help out alot..but I'm such a control freak..

Only thing they are doing is bridal shower, and bachelorette party...

omg, i haven't asked them to do anything other than to accompany me on that day.

I asked the groomsmen's girlfriends and the groom's sisters to do the decorations. I also asked certain people to make toasts. Some people are definitely going to be asked to help with transportation, carpooling and that sort of thing. As for the actual wedding party, I haven't really asked them to do much but show up certain places for fittings and whatnot. I don't think I could get away with it, really.

=) The sheet actually turned out to be quite a success. Everyone was offering to help but just telling them what to do was hard. The tasks weren't too bad and we've modified things as well. I forgot to mention we have a large wedding party so it averages out to 2 tasks per person. 

For the table #'s, menu cards, etc. We're designing and printing them ourselves. All we need is for them to come over and help us cut/paste/glitter whatnot.
